NAMELESS processes your personal data which you provide to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

• Name
• Postal address
• E-mail address
• NIF number 
• Phone number (when relevant and provided)

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

We cannot check whether a visitor to the NAMELESS website is older than 16 years of age. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without parental consent, please contact us at hello@nameless.pt and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?

NAMELESS processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• confirming payments you make through MBWay or Bank Transfer when becoming a member of the NAMELESS Association or making a donation to the Association.
• NAMELESS analyzes behavior on the website with the sole purpose of improving the website functionality.

Automated decision making

There are no automated decision-making processes connected to the NAMELESS website.

How long we keep personal data

NAMELESS does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: 

• Name, email, postal address: for a period of 18 months when you register as a member of the NAMELESS Association. This allows us to check with you whether you wish to extend your membership, and to us to reference your membership when applying the discount on ticket prices.
• Name, email, postal address, NIF: for a period of weeks after the moment you choose to make a donation to the NAMELESS Association. This enables us to prepare and send you an invoice/receipt acknowledging your donation, such that you can use this for tax deduction purposes.

Sharing personal data with third parties

The NAMELESS website is not connected to any third parties, sponsors, or funders. Therefore there is no sharing of your data with thirds.

Cookies and how they used

NAMELESS only uses technical, functional, and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit the NAMELESS website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly. We can also optimize our website with this. You can unsubscribe from cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously stored via the settings of your browser.

NAMELESS takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
